After much planning and preparation, we are excited to launch our revitalized small-balance commercial lending platform for loans from $250,000 to $1 million under a new-but-familiar name: Silver Hill Funding.

The market may be quite different than it was when the Silver Hill team first forged the niche of small-balance commercial lending over a decade ago, but some things haven’t changed. For example, our creative, progressive spirit and common-sense approach to getting deals done, which so many brokers came to appreciate as part of the signature Silver Hill experience.

We also understand our niche incredibly well, and our broker-friendly process and clear communication remain key components of the new program. Most importantly, honoring our commitments is something that hasn’t changed. Our team did this during a challenging time in the market, when many industry players did not or could not. We hear this feedback even today when we talk to industry professionals who are as eager to work with us again as we are eager to work with them…and you, too!
