Mrs. Hamilton-Lee will oversee the lending operations including management of the processing, closing, and quality control departments. She is also responsible for effectively overseeing risk management relevant to loan considerations within the company’s loan portfolio. Prior to joining Silver Hill, Mrs. Hamilton-Lee was the head of operation at B2R Finance, LLC (currently known as Finance of America). She has also held roles of increasing responsibility at Activ Doctors Online, Silver Hill Financial, Bayview Financial, Petroleum Realty Investment Partners LP, and Nomura Securities.
