Juan Barcelo

Mr. Barcelo is head of sales production for the small-balance commercial originations division. He joined Bayview in 2004 working as Sales Director for Silver Hill Financial, LLC, where he managed a group of 15 account executives and was responsible for developing new and existing business from mortgage professionals in several nationwide markets. In 2012, as National Sales Director for Lakeview Loan Servicing (a Bayview company), he oversaw the startup, building, and development of a Portfolio Retention originations team for the MSR residential acquisition strategy at Bayview, growing to a staff of 75 loan originators in 2 branches and funding a total of $3.3 Billion in a 2-year period.

He rejoined Silver Hill Funding in 2016 and brings an extensive background in the residential and commercial mortgage industries with a focus on sales, management, business, and product development as well as training and relationship management. Mr. Barcelo holds a bachelor’s degree in History from Florida International University.
